We strive to provide the best possible support to our clients. In order to make this possible, we offer three levels of support:
- A basic support package that covers minor adjustments to website when required, and
assistance with self-
maintenance of the site should you get stuck. This excludes additions to the website.
- For custom designed sites, a support package can be established in conjunction with you, the client.
- On demand support.
Current pricing for these levels are as follows:
- Basic Support (Website Packages) -
$45/quarter payable quarterly or annually ($180) in advance.
- Basic Support (Custom Websites) -
$60/quarter payable quarterly or annually ($240) in advance.
- All Other Support -
as agreed, or by time (minimum charge per item - $35)

which purchase all the electricity (and more), required to power and cool the servers, from wind powered generators.
As a standard for small to medium sized websites, we currently charge $60/year for hosting. This includes domain name registration and annual renewal.
For large websites, or for clients who would like their own dedicated server, we can arrange that as well.
As a convenience we offer a hosting/basic support package for $45 per quarter payable in advance, to our website package customers, and a similar package for $60 per quarter to our custom website customers.
As part of our hosting and support package, we optimize your site for Google verification and search. This does not guarantee that you will see your site ranked #1 on Google!
If you are a client who does not host or does not have a support package with us, we charge $35 for this service.
We verify your site with Google and submit your site map to Google thereby ensuring that Google is aware of your site and that it will index your site pages. Google search algorithms constantly change and their search criteria as well. However the primary aim is to ensure that Google indexes your site as soon as possible.
We also optimize your site for Google Analytics. Google Analytics provides you with details of visitors to your site in a variety of reports, including how they arrived at your site and from which geographic area they are (right down to city!).
This knowledge can allow you to tailor your marketing to areas which show specific interest in your website.
We will submit your site data to other search engines such as Yahoo, MSN, etc if required but there is a charge for each of these activities. In general the search engines will find you after a while.
